Blind Dating...
In the last entry I was asking what happened to blind dating. You don't hear of anyone going out on blind dates anymore and I wonder why. Could it be that people are too afraid to go out to dinner with a complete stranger? Is this world really not safe enough for that anymore, or are we just being too cautious? I haven't really formed an opinion on the blind date, because I've never been on one. Who knows, maybe I'll bring the blind date back one of these days. I just don't understand how something that was once so popular in the dating world, could become extinct in less than a decade. What happened to the days when your friends would set you up with someone? Do we not trust our friends to do that anymore, or is it just not in style? Either way, I hope that blind dating can make a comeback, because I think it could be a lot of fun for all of us singles out there. Grey is the new black, why can't we bring blind dating in as the new casual sex? Perhaps we could even tie the two together.
