Take a minute. Think about all of your problems. Now think about how many of them aren't actually problems. They're just simple objects, relationships, situations, etc. that you've turned into problems. Problems that can't be reasoned. You can take any little thing, store it in your mind, and dwell on it until it grows into something much larger. Imagine a person that you dislike, imagine them multiplying every time they anger you. The group of them just multiply and become more infuriating, over and over again. This is what happens to your so-called "problems." They multiply in your mind and turn into a much larger coalition of the same thing. The more you think about it, the more it bothers you. It consumes your very being. But if you can rationalize it, it will disappear. If you can realize that it's not a real problem, it will decompose itself. It will be no more, and you will no longer yearn for reality. You will find your reality when you can distinguish the real from the imaginary. All the time spent dwelling on the problems you create will divert your attention from the real problems in your life. Ironically, not being able to distinguish real problems from fake, is a problem in itself. With that said, you have to solve one problem to be able to know how to solve others. So when you stumble upon what you think is a problem or may become a problem, ask yourself if it's really a problem. Ask yourself whether it's worth your dwelling. Learn to focus on things that actually matter, no more bullshit.
For now,
<3XOXO
