Out of curiousity, my dears..

[ The angel coughs lightly. ]

Is anyone suffering the effects of a curse of late? There is a small something that I would like to address.

[ Pause. ]

Crowley, if you are listening, I would like to speak with you. It's quite urgent.

[Crowley comes on screen, and he's more in a disheveled state than usual. His hair seems a bit messy, his clothes are slightly rumpled, and there's even a bright yellow stain on his tie. He frowns, obviously not happy.]

Curse? Oh, I know exactly what you are talking about, angel. I can't do anything. Anything.

[ The angel makes a soft "tsk" noise. Really, Crowley, you look ridiculous. ]

I'm glad it's not just me, then. Do you think that it is the city playing tricks again?

I don't know, I really don't know.

[Now he's taking a finger and trying to tackle that stain on his tie. Man, without his powers, he had to be like the humans and actually clean up himself using hard work. The horror of it all.]

[Crowley starts to ramble- he's rather distracted by his sudden loss.] I mean, Nodoka couldn't use her powers, but that was because I didn't give her my true name. Other than that, I think everyone is just a-okay with their powers, so I only think it's us. Because, you know, that catboy seems to be perfectly alright, since he wouldn't brag and boast about hurting others if he didn't have anything up his sleeves.

Take a moment to breathe, Crowley, please. This is all a little difficult to process.

[ A long pause as he thinks. ]

Your catboy is up to things again? And who, if you don't mind me asking, is Nodoka? I'm not sure I've met her... But lying, Crowley? How charming.

A curse?

[Kratos hadn't noticed anything too peculiar himself, really.]

Ah, yes. The city seems to have the power to place curses upon it's foreign residents. It's rather disconcerting.

... As far as I can tell, the foreign residents are fine at the moment.

No, but I am quite relieved of the fact. Though it makes me wonder a bit... Perhaps we may encounter one worse than usual come next week.

... I certainly hope not, considering events that have come to pass quite recently.

Oh, yes... Quite a shame about that child, really. A human life is quite precious, and too hefty of a price for entertainment.

In honesty, I'm not at all worried if I am to be targeted. It might be fun, actually.

Indeed, I quite agree. I suppose the curses may have their enjoyable moment, but it is rather disconcerting.

... Indeed. It seems the city enjoys placing curses upon it's citizens.

That's... a little more than worrisome. Are the citizens that bad?

Oh, no, I'm not sure that that's true. I think it's just... a trickster.
