the bank my company uses is the worst possible bank in bulgaria, from a client point of view. seriously. to a point where i am inclined to curse aloud, and i don't do that often.
last week they kept me waiting for 50 minutes to submit a piece of paper asking them to issue me a debit card, and today it was "just" 40 minutes to get it. grrrrrrr! not to mention all their other conditions/fees are idiotic. i can't help but wonder who in their right mind would go to work with them voluntarily.
admittedly, for my company this is something of a legacy issue. they had picked a bank a long time ago, and through a series of mergers and acquisitions, it is now a different bank, but oh well. still, someone should be able to do something about it. or maybe it is too much trouble for what it's worth. *sigh*
