Had Caesar become restless? I know lately he has been avoiding any unnecessary socializing.

Restless, yes. Frustratingly so, for the both of us; it's obvious when he is annoyed with himself.

He became downright antisocial only very recently. Caesar isn't my only housemate who has disappeared, after all.

I am aware. However, I am not nearly as familiar with your brother as you are, naturally. Would it be within the realm of possibility that Caesar would go quietly in an effort to negotiate with them, either over a certain disappearance, or even for the community as a whole?

I'm not sure I like what the possibility you are implying, General. Caesar knows better than to try and negotiate over a single person's disappearance.

If, and I do stress stress the minute chance of this possibility, the Malnosso did not abduct Caesar by force, he may try to negotiate for the community. He may try to demand answers of the Malnosso.

Caesar is young and spiteful of his heritage, but he's a Silverberg. He won't do anything without thinking about the consequences.

I trust the patrols will be keeping an eye out for him and any other returned abductees, though.
