The legs of birch have mostly gone. Yay! Amazing how much you use the (sunburnt) backs of your knees when you walk. Especially when you walk like a drunk Frankenstein.
Today I discovered another part of me that I had no idea got burned: my ears. Yeah, thought I'd lubed them babies up good with sunscreen, but I guess not good enough. So now headphones = pain. Pandora calls to me though. She calls to meeeeee...
I've started my summer class and it is a bunch of busywork. Further, busywork with very short timelines. I have at least two assignments due each week, sometimes more. There are individual and team assignments which means I will likely be strapped to deadbeat classmates again and end up doing most of the team assignments myself.
This teacher seems familiar and comfortable with the online format though, which really helps. I just need to keep my poo in a pile and it should all be okay. Oh, the giddy and weightless thought of not having any more classes. *le sigh*
Rainbow Brites have a bye week this week, so I'll be doing a doubleheader with the Sarcastic and Crass crowd on Wednesday night. They want me to do another all-day tourney with them this coming Saturday, but I don't know the details.
