i was going to have this rant yesterday.
just watched some more of the security footage from friday night.
can we have a hardcore gig at hq where someone doesn’t need to go home in an ambulance? because that would probably be nice for our image.
apparently, this time, some guy got glassed after the prom queen all ages show... seriously, what’s with these kids?
but that’s not what i’m here to rant about.
some fuck broke the statue out the front!
i was here when it was installed, lizzi (the artist) spent forever working on it... and i mean forever... it was well over a month worth of work, she became quite a regular face around here.
it was bad enough when some dicks graffitied it, i felt quite pissed at the fact a bunch of brainless guys would deface an artwork which celebrates women and their art... at least have some respect for female artists and leave their shit alone, you don’t see lizzi going around painting over your shitty tags.
but this fuck, broke the thing, snapped it at the base, leaving it on the ground.
for no reason other than he felt like destroying something.
go fucking beat up a bin or something, kick a wall... but don’t destroy art!
