It's Christmas!!!.....Almost.
Wahoo for winter break!! Yay! I have time to have a life and do stuff now!!! YAY! :D
So yesterday was pretty much an awesome day! I love the last day before break. People just kept giving me stuff and I felt so loved! (And I felt bad, since I was lazy this year and didn't do anything for my friends at school for Christmas, lol. But I still have time I guess. :P) KENDRA GAVE ME CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY!!! HOLY CRAP I LOVE THAT CHICA! Lol I didn't expect her to give me anything, let alone the DVD I am currently obsessed with! Horray! I'll be watching that one once or thrice no doubt this holiday...haha. But anyway, classes were abnormally easy as well. I wondered if this is what a normal senior taking normal classes feels like on a regular basis. If so, I am jealous of you all, lol. Leadership was literally a party, where we got to eat free food and reveal who we had for our secret santas. I had Christine and Joey had me...lol he was dressed up as santa for the party thing and when we did the gift exchange he was all, "Courtney Bowman, come sit on Santa's lap!" I didn't really know where he was going for that one since I didn't know he had me...but yeah it ended up that Santa handed me my Christmas present in person! Haha so that was fun. Then in English we just had work time to take explication notes on a Whitman poem (so we can write the 5 page explication paper that's due FREAKING MONDAY by email....aishgda;kjhg;kjahj), then during second there was this thing in the auditorium where some of last year's graduated seniors were there to talk about college and answer questions we had. I saw a few of my old friends and learned some things so that was cool. At lunch I found out Aaron Wilburn was my secret santa for the one Kiza organized for the seniors, and then I went to visit my mom in the lunch line because she just got a job at Hilhi as a lunch lady, LOL. (She's cool and my friends all like her so I don't really care. :P) Third period was fun as well because I am a TA and we can get away with just running around the campus. Al and I went on some errands for a while, then met up in Shrauger's room where all the TAs were flocking for caramel corn and good times. Stopped by my mom again in the cafeteria, then headed on to Ms. Sach's Humanities class with Mohan, where all the Denny IB English drop-outs were watching The Simpsons and eating pizza and cookies. Hehe I love mooching off people, it's pretty awesome. XD Anyway then calc was annoying because she actually made us work and gave us an assignment...but oh well. Spanish was easy because all we did was sit around and talk! Yay!
The game last night was fun--we played Southridge and won, and there were sooo many fans there all dressed in only blue and white. Some people even had their faces painted blue, hehe. Oh, and in the middle of the game I found out that I'm the only captain now, lol. I guess Angela got demoted because she "back-talked too much"...and I didn't even find out until I told her she could call a cheer out and she said she couldn't! O_o It's kind of crap actually, since this is only my second year and I really don't know what I'm doing out there. Being a captain is hard! Especially for basketball season....by the time everyone knows what offense cheer to do, our team is either on defense or is shooting a free throw! Haha. But hopefully I'll get better at it. Can't disappoint the fans! :P
After the game Magaret, Alison, Will, Katie, Dan and me went to Sharis because we were hyper and were extremely spirted in attire--I was in full cheer uniform, Will's face was half blue and half white (slol it scared a couple little kids in the restaurant but it was all good, haha), and Katie and Dan had some pretty out-there blue and white costumes. Dan and I made a tip fortress on the table out of strategically-folded bills and carefully-placed coins. Hehe it was awesome....too bad Will went and knocked it down on addcident, lol. Whateva man, whateva. Oh! Dan is the third guy I've conned into buying me ice cream, hehe. Caitlin and I want to see how many guys we can get to do it (since we're freakishly attractive and everything :P)....so far it's been Meeker, Aaron and now Dan! (But sadly Caitlin wasn't there last night.) We've never even asked any of them to pay! They just sort of...have insited, lol. Guys are so sweet I can't stand it! Hehe. Next on the list: Willie.
So today I am going to my friend's wedding, that should be interesting. She turned 18 just last week and has graduated early so she can get married to her older boyfriend that is in the army and move away to Virginia. He's gonna be gone for a month or two for some military thing as soon as they move, and Jess will know absolutely no one and will be on the opposite side of the country from her family and friends. Yeah...I give em 6 months tops.
Today is the family Christas party at my aunt's house! Yay for presents and getting even fatter! :D
Aight well I should probably end it because it's getting long and I have to go take a shower....but if anyone wants to hang out anytime in the next 2 weeks, now is the time to make plans! Gimme a holla!
