First of all, Kel is my favorite Tammy heroine of all time. I just want to put that out there. Dom is, also, pretty far up in my ranks of favorite male characters. I also ship Kel with a lot of different people (well, she does herself!). Needless, to say, I ship them like burning.
I love their friendship, and how it's so well-established that he really knows her (honestly, I'm chuckling just thinking about how he told the carpenters not to let her work with them). I like that he doesn't underestimate her or judge her, and I like the age difference. I have always been able to most easily see Kel with an older man. And I think that the fact that Kel's usual fickleness doesn't seem to apply in his case, as shown in the last bit of Lady Knight, means exactly what all Kel/Dom shippers think it means. I think she's supposed to write another book featuring Kel and her squire, and I won't lie, I will never stop sulking if there isn't

Okay, so. Odo/Kira, in as few sentences as possible.
She was lonely and vulnerable. He was lonely and bitter. They found solace in each other. He pined from afar. She was oblivious. And then the Dominion War came, and in the middle of death, they found life in each other.
I LOVE them. They're easily the best-told love story the Star Trek franchise has ever produced. *cuddles*
And oh, Kel/Dom. I love Kel/Dom. I think you're absolutely right, she kept coming back to him, and that was what convinced me. Neal's her best friend, Cleon was her first love, but Dom is the one she's meant to be with, and I am counting the days until Tammy gives us more of Kel's story.
(And while Kel is not my favorite Tammy heroine of all time - that honor goes to Daine, though by a slim margin - Kel's series was the series that introduced me to Tammy, and so of course she'll always have a very special place in my heart.)
I've always said that while my favorite Tammy romance as a romance novel is Daine and Numair, because I love
( ... )
I feel very similar about the ships. I think Daine/Numair is definitely the best classic romancy romance, but most of the other pairings have all seemed more real to me.
You edited right as I was about to shamelessly self-plug anyway, so that works out nicely. XD
I forget if I've ever gotten your opinion on Jack/Ianto, so I'll ask again.
C-3PO/Chewy
Picard/Crusher and/or Janeway/Chakotay (I don't know what Star Treks you're familiar with.)
(For the record, my opinions are 1) meh 2) last time I watched SW I couldn't unsee it and it totally makes the movies better and 3) Trek OTPs, the first ships I read fic for back in the dark ages!)
Totally and utterly meh. I understand that they're a ~huge thing in fandom, but I honestly didn't notice anything until suddenly they were snogging, and then my reaction was mostly "what is that all about?" I hear a lot of One True Love speeches regarding them and, aside from my general opinion that the Doctor will be the only person Jack ever totally and utterly lets himself love, I just never cared. Ianto as a character never really made me care. It's not that I hate or even dislike him, I just... don't care. At all. The only time he came remotely close to interesting me was after his death, when it was revealed that a lot of what he'd told them about his life was a lie.
C-3PO/Chewy
Aside from the fact that you have just ruined my childhood (XD), YES. Always this. I definitely recall acting out a scene where my brother's R2-D2 and Chewy figures argued about who was really C-3PO's best friend (because dude, Chewy totes carried C-3PO around on his back for like forever rather than let him tie. I bed half of his growls

River/Octavian contains the two sexiest humans on earth and you know that I devolve into a mass of quivering fangirl foaming at the mouth at the mere mention of them. WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME THESE THINGS. XD
Jac/You are my most OTP of all OTPs and I am still determined to show up as Amy Pond at your wedding, now with the added bonus of pestering Jac's mother about how I am her *real* mother and may I please have a dance with my daughter and threatening you if you hurt her. :3
Snape/Lily is just, is ugh. Just, no. Snape, no matter what anyone insists, was not a good man. He was a brave man, and a sad one, and I like him as a character, but I don't think he was ever worthy of Lily. And I think Lily knew that, and chose accordingly. James was an ass when he was fifteen, but I've met far fewer guys who weren't asses at that age than who were. I think that the fact that Lily fell in love with him is a pretty good indicator that he grew up. So, no, James wasn't always a great guy, but he became one, and that brings us to the most important

If you don't know much about them, Kel/Dom.
Or, y'know, both. ;)

Unconventional - Kel/Dom drabble.
Inexorable - Kel/Dom oneshot, and probably my favorite thing with them I've ever written.
And finally, Forgetting the Past - Kel/Dom chaptered, AU, but not ~extremely so.
