Frank and Lilah don't live here no more

Jun 27, 2005 22:15

Little Town has been demolished. Frank and Lilah have been miraculously rescued from the rubble of their homes (recognized by red roof and yellow facade respectively), only to have the "Fit for you" shoe store collapse on them. Bill, Jack, Jennifer and others are missing, presumed dead.

Which means, fellow internet void, that although my peer-teaching presentation of my lesson plan went well, it's basically been scrapped for the real team-teaching on Wed. Tues Tara and I are teaching her plan, which is on dreams and much cooler or "intrinsically motivating".

The destruction of Little Town and remodelling of various student rooms in their stead took 2 hours, so I finally left school at 5. Then went to the gym, collapsed on the sofa with CSI (and amazingly didn't think about English as a language I have to teach)and made dinner. So I started to work at 9 and I still have to review a really long reading and look in IKEA websites for photos of rooms and bedroom accessories for Wed's class.

Sleep, take me now!

Am amazed at apparent lack of typos, though, compared to last entry. (upon rereading, not so amazed.)
