Tomorrow is often the busiest day of the week.*
I had a very unsettling dream last, night, which goes fantastically with the upsetting dream I had the day before.
In last nights' dream, Life on Mars' Sam Tyler was trying to kill me. This was not, curiously, a nightmare. I was in a dimly-lit second-story floor of an apartment building, in a town that wasn't my own. He was attacking me and I was defending myself with a hatchet. Unfortunately, the hatchet was loose, so I couldn't very well whack him with it because then the head of the hatchet - the actual sharp killing bit - would fly off the handle. So cue ineffectual flailing. This was more upsetting than anything because it was Sam Tyler and why would he want to kill me? :(
This was after a dream where my family and are are flying across the tropical ocean and then sitting in a dark bar eating shredded pork floating about in delicious-looking thick brown sauce.
The dream I had the night before, I landed directly off the plane into Kenya, meeting Ex's mother and then his aunt, and tearilly holding her hand and saying I was so sorry and explaining that it was because she was recently and abruptly widowed (and also that I'd taken so long to say so). I met Ex's brother and there was much enthusiastic squeeing over friendship and snuggles. Then Ex, Person and me are crashing in some room and I'm trying desperately to sleep but Ex is using me as a pillow and I'm very, very annoyed by this in the, "We've broken up, you have no right to use me as a pillow, or at all" sense of it.
