I am very much a creature of habit. For some reason, I always have these instances where I am going to the gym routinely and making great progress. Then, a bug catches up to me and the illness disrupts everything. Of course, I lose a little weight from hardly eating anything during the time of illness. Then, I binge on ice cream, pizza and other horrible foods. Now, I think I'm past the binging stage. Now, that truly hard part. Getting back to exercising and eating well again. This pattern repeats itself far too often for comfort. Little wonder I make so little progress.
I hate to admit it, but the first two episodes of Torchwood season 2 weren't terrible. They weren't great either. But, they were fantastic compared to the first series. I'm not sure this makes much sense. Eh.
