quick update!
happy 4th of july first and foremost. everyone drink a beer and eat a hotdot/hamburger in my honor please! i'm stuck working. its ok though because OT and holiday = moneys. i should have a nice paycheck and not have any financial woes for some time now.
played basketball sunday as usual. kicked ass in first two games of 21, winning by the score of 21-6-0 and 21-4-0. though we were playing with taps, it only happened twice, once when i was up 10-0-0 and once with the game winner bringing someone who had 4 down to 0... next game i lost 13-15... i was down 0-5, but took the lead 11-10, then couldn't close it. kudos to him. then won the last game 21-19. it wasn't a game of 21, but to 15 by 1's the way we always go, but you have to win by 2, so it was overtime i suppose. i got tackled and slapped on the arms a few times... i also jogged i believe it is 2.5 miles just before playing these games, so my thigh's are still fealing a lil sore. but damn it was fun. i love playin basketball.
tonight when i leave work i am going to drop off my camera finally at wal-greens to get developed. this being the camera i brought to the canoe trip that made it back with me. one mysteriously vanished into the river. in no way am i insinuating that it was stolen because that would make absolutely no sense considering we wanted to take pictures but couldn't find the damn thing. oh well. can't wait to see that damn dam we had to get through.
some people from work want me to go tubing with them on the 16th. it may be fun. its only a 4 hour ordeal and should be nothing like the hell trip the canoe one was.
just 1 more grand to pay on my car and i'm done paying it off. thats 500 dollars a month i don't have to pay on bills! whoo!
finally, got official word that i am offically accepted into xavier. so now i have to get my classes asap so i know what i'm doin this fall and get my loans in order.
and wait, 1 more thing. the hospital wants to bill me for 235 dollars. i don't have the slightest idea what the hell i'm being billed for, so i will have to call up the number on the letter and see.
