Good afternoon. I wish I was sharing better news...
Monday night we had an incident in Hope Hall where someone decided to write a VERY inappropriate note on a white board on someone's room door. It stated "F#*& all gays bisexuals, and transsexuals" and it is theorized that the reason that particular door was written on was because it had the LGBT Safe Zone sticker on it. There will be an all-Hope meeting to discuss the incident on Sunday, led by (name removed), Director of Residence Life. [removed] Alum and former RA (and member of our club) will be there as well to discuss the incident with the residents.
I wanted you all to be made aware of the incident as well. I'm sure it will be discussed at our next Pride Meeting - this Tuesday, March 25 at 5:30.
