two of the three people i needed to sign off on it have done so. the third is just being lazy. but i got the one i was sure would veto it to say yes because he trusts me and wanted to see what happens next. so that's good
Almost got the 20K words done, the edits on the 200+ page novel are coming along nicely, and still no job. But I'll take my victories where I can get them.
Not bad. At the moment, I'm just waiting for the other proofreaders to get back to me, then I can make the third draft based on their feedback. Whether that'll need external proofreading, or whether I can just send that off remains to be seen.
In the meantime, I'm writing up basic plots for sequels.
60,000 words is a bit of a tall order, even when you're not being asked to review it. Take your time, m'dear Benben, admire the scenery (because lord knows I spent enough verbiage describing it). But most of all, enjoy it (or don't, as you see fit)!
