Bleeding lovely. (As have been all his adventures.)
And while my fanart capabilities are woefully inadequate for the kind of Constantine-meets-Doctor-Strange-meets-League-of-Extraordinary-Gentlemen graphic-novel immortalizations that this deserves - nay, demands - I'd love to have a go at drawing Sir Reginald (Grimoire and Pipe not included, batteries not tolerated). If you wouldn't mind, that is.
(Hesitation is understandable if you saw what I'd done to poor Atomic Robo a few posts back.)
I've not seen you before! How have you been reading Sir Reginald?
And I'd LOVE to see your take on him! Please! I just rummaged through Atomic Robo's posts and found your drawing of him and it's obscenely cute, perhaps because I love both robots AND kittens.
So, yes, permission granted. Hell, permission was granted to everybody with this post.
And do you know what? You've also just inadvertantly solved my aching problem of how to do Sir Reginald as a comic. Thousands of thanks. THOUSANDS!
I found him through what could have been the dorkiest channels in existence; that is, I was perusing the intergalactic adventures of cpt_space, which led directly into my sniffing out the inter-blog of one atomic_robo, whereupon I stumbled upon a joint adventure between the two of you, and -- Bob's your uncle! Doofy fangirl.
Hurrah! I'll have to see if I can't work in some Asimovian mutton chops and a stiff upper lip, as well... and doubly hurrah! My comic-book knowledge being put to some use other than frightening away prospective dates!

Today is a great day for geekery.

And you don't have to use ANY of the elements that you've seen/heard others discuss. Just see what YOU feel he looks like after you read the stories.
Hooray for female geeks and comic peoples!
Yippee for random people reading my writing and liking it!
Woo-hoo!!!
(PS - Did you read both of our "team-ups?" We each wrote one, and it they were terribly fun.)
