well hello there.....
so i'm back. sorry i haven't updated recently, not that anyone cares what is going on with my life.
i work at East Ave Auto now. its on the corner of east and park, right down the street from the east ave wegmans. i started about three weeks ago. i really enjoy my job though. i run the front, pump gas, clean up, change tires and oil, and a bunch of other stuff. everyone there is awesome. i feel like i've worked there forever, like i just fell into place. scott hewlett used to work there and brian marones (class of 2000 from webster) father, paul, owns the shop and is a great guy. they were voted most honest repair shop in rochester this past year through the readers poll in city newspaper. oh yeah, i saw jenc and her boyfriend matt there the other day getting some work done on their car. i was so happy to see her.
i really think the new open hand album is going to be awesome. i'm excited about it.
also, the new out of line songs they have recorded sound awesome. dan (whittemore) is recording, mixing, and mastering all the songs out of his basement. i've the songs unmixed and unmastered and they sound really, really good so far. dan is going to be a good producer.
that comes to another point. i really want to be in a band again. i basically cannot play bass or guitar, but i want to do vocals. i really want to do vocals. i believe my voice is decent and i believe some of my writing is pretty good, but some of it definitely needs some input. i think i might explore this option somehow.
