Yeah, you definitely can illegally vote. All you need to do is hide in the air duct in the ceiling of the public building where the voting booths are, then look through the grating down at one of the voting booths. When you see someone go into the booth, you shoot them from above while they're still inside (use a silencer) and before anyone notices that someone has just collapsed on the floor inside the booth, quickly remove the grating and jump out through the air duct into the voting booth and then do the thing. Notice that there is not really a way to escape arrest in this situation.

Or you could just influence your parents' decisions on who they vote for. That's what I do.
