March Revival

While I can't say things are 100% peachier than my last entry, I'm running off some adrenaline right now, so my outlook on life is pretty good despite the bandages on my right hand making it difficult to type this. Wussy hockey injuries that require ambulance rides aside, I've identified why I haven't been feeling so great recently.

-I'm not in love. Being in love is an awesome motivator not only emotionally but also academically. I officially decided to start dating again yesterday (not that it really matters, but it's a new outlook on things... shut up)
-Daylight Savings Time. Seriously, just leave the clocks where they are now. I like going home when it's freaking light outside.
-Slow period in research. I haven't felt like I've been doing anything at work, which is pretty boring and disheartening. Part of this is because I'm in a phase where I have to figure a bunch of crap out, but I don't know where to start and I don't really have any help. Now I have a good jump on it and things are looking better.
-No real challenges. This is changing. I now have a final project where I have to mathematically control an autonomous helicopter around multiple obstacles to a moving target. Fancy-schmancy partial differential equations here I come.

Peace.
