Retailers in Australia get them from the same place the US stores do. Diamond. Mind you, if you can't find a comics store in Australia you're kind of screwed anyway. There should be one in each major city at least. I am guessing but I think www.kingscomics.com.au may offer an online order thing for their stock...which might mean you could order them locally there? Good luck!
Darwin is sadly incredibly lame for comic books. I usually order them online. Thanks for that, I'll get right on ordering a few sets of those lovely glasses ^^
My sanity is tried most days :( One day I'll get to a con down south somewhere to shake your hand though :) I'm still amazed such an awesome comic book artist such as yourself is Australian. There's hope for our country yet.
Ashley Wood is also an Aussie ( From Perth, now in Tasmania ) there's also Shane McCarthy, a writer for Batman/Transformers, also from Perth and a whole bunch of artists on the East Coast I forget about ( As I'm West Australian I've never mixed too much with em to know much! )
