(no subject)
Back in Boise. I slept a great deal yesterday, and it was odd waking up this morning and not be in the hotel I was in at Castiglione della pescaia. Still, I busied myself with email and photo transfers, answering emails, taking care of mail and all the things which one must do when arriving home after a trip. I feel more normal now. I'll be on the bike this afternoon and will stop by the bank to deposit paychecks that arrived while I was gone.
I'm especially looking forward to getting on the bike, even though the fires in Idaho have the atmosphere very smokey here in the valley.
Fall is certainly in the air here. I'll be putting on jeans before heading out.
Dad said that Elisa needs to come cook for us. I wouldn't mind that. She needs a way out of Italy... not sure how serious he was about that, but I casually messaged E about it anyway. Dad's been having chest pains apparently while I was away, one session leading to a restless night last night. Nitro eased the pain away apparently.
My trip is over. My Trip continues.
