By previously mentioned 4 months of unemployment and now Mr. VISA asking for 18% for his services. Good thing it isn't much I owe, but it will be a couple more paychecks before I'm solidly back on my feet financially. At least not working for that long makes this year's tax season looks promising. Hope to get more back so that I can really be on solid footing.
Working for the provincial gov't is quite demanding. It helps that I'm in the most prolific ministry, so everything we do gets press coverage. Hopefully I'll get picked up FT after my contract is done and I'll be able to make a career out of being an Ontario Public Servant. I actually enjoy what I do despite that I don't do anymore writing in my new job. Brokering information between the different program areas is pretty interesting and I'm quite fulfilled by my duties thus far.
Christmas is almost here. Now that winter is officially here, you think it will snow enough for a white Christmas?
