Internship/School
My new internship is even better than I expected. The first day on the job, I met soooo many translators. At the office, I sit beside contract linguists who speak Chinese, Korean, and Kurdish!! They are so nice. It's fun when I'm going through reports and I come across documents in Arabic and I realize that I can actually read some of it!! :) I definitely want to work here when I graduate. :)
I had a great talk with __heaven_sent last night about the upcoming school year, our hopes and aspirations both academically and romantically. :) We're both really excited for school to start and for Saturday (move in day) to come so that we can walk around campus and be surrounded by a sea of familiar faces. :)
I feel as though I've changed a lot this summer, and hopefully it's all been for the better.
I tried to ignore the sometimes subtle, sometimes blatant lies. I was made a fool yet again. I trusted someone I didn't know.
