Frances Franklin Fish
So in an effort to cheer myself up from my boy woes, I bought myself a fish yesterday. His name is Frances Franklin Fish. He studies French and Foreign Affairs at Furman. Frances or "Franny" as his favorite friends call him has a fervor for Football, France, Frank Sinatra, and Fresh Water but he fears, fryers, fires, forks, and fingers.
I know I'm silly, but he does have a personality. He will lay completely still on his rocks at the bottom of his vase and then swim like mad for about 30 seconds. He's really pretty too, almost a translucent blueish white body with streaked red fins and tail. So my effort to cheer myself up has worked because I am smitten with my fishy.
