Oh, a Crashing Game...
Pretty much every year without fail I get back into LOTRO in the winter, play for several months solid, and then only pop in here and there for the rest of the year. I'm not sure why either. XD I'm sure some of it is the nostalgia of having first started the game during the Yule festival and then having played so much of it that now I need to moderate a bit. Regardless, error 128 is interfering with this custom and I'm not sure when I can hear back from support on my ticket. *sigh* The game is still somewhat playable, but the crashing is annoying. I've scoured the forum, found some decent suggestions, but none have quite worked yet. I'd rather not reinstall the entire game, but it may come to that. :/
Anyway, all this is to say that I will probably still try to pop into LOTRO for wintry goodness, but I also want to explore some of the areas I never quite finished up, so we'll see!
In other news, I've been playing an almost alarming amount of Thief: Gold. I'm currently on the Guild level, which is universally agreed to be the hardest. Honestly, I can see why and I think it may be the longest because I'm a little over two hours in and I wouldn't be surprised if there's another two to go. XD I need to take more screenshots and share them, though; I think that would be fun.
