Dear flist,

It has come to my attention in the past few months that I do not eat healthily enough. I don't eat enough fruit and vegetables. I don't eat enough leafy greens. I would really like to be healthy, but I'm so very fussy.

To this end, I would very much like it if you wonderful ladies could please send me some recipes that will help to fix this. Or just guide me to the general direction of recipes that will fix this? I will love you forever and appreciate it very much.

To make life easier for all of us, here are the fruits and vegetables I like:

Fruit:
Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, watermelon, apples, apricots, tomato, banana, avocado.

Vegetables:
Potato, sweet potato, zucchini, cauliflower, spinach, capsicum (bell peppers to my American friends), lettuce, rocket.
