because one of those donut munching gentlemen forgot to staple my citation to the court summons. therefore, the court had no record of my violation and was forced to throw out the fine and the fact that i ever even got a ticket. thus, my insurance doesnt go up, i keep my licence, and i still have 100 dollars.
