(no subject)
So. I've never had to do this before, so I feel a little weird about it, but I did a little flist trimming. Nothing personal - it's just that I'm changing jobs on Monday and I'm already kind overwhelmed as it is, so I needed to cut down a little if I want to be able to keep up.
Anyway, the funny thing about this new job is that when I went in for the second interview and they'd pretty much given me the job, my boss was like, "Hey, I want you to meet this person you'll be working very closely with," and then it turned out I already knew her. Because not only did she and I go to elementary, middle and high school together (and we were in the same sport, so she gave me rides for years) but we also went to the same college, where we both had the same faculty advisor. And now we're working together. Small world.
