Coie and I are buying the townhouse at 5002 Liza Lane, Williamsburg... theoretically...
In theory, the various inspections and remaining walkthroughs will not find any problems (there was not much wrong to our eyes, nor to our realtor's)... provided theses things go well, we won't want to exercise our escape clauses in the contract, and (again, in theory) we will own the house as of March 12th.
These are the realtor's photos from the web, and ones we took on our second visit to the property. Blinds and appliances become ours... most of the rest of the furnishings go with them to their new property, tho we like their couch and may look for a sectional similar to that...
