ROUNDED EDGES TUTORIAL

This is a fairly simple tutorial for making rounded edges on an icon or any image. Hopefully it will be useful to anyone who wants to make rounded edges. Please feel free to ask any questions if you are confused with my horrible explanations. I'll try to clarify as best as I can. :)

I do like messing with colors; as in this icon as well. Just today I was updating my LJ userpics; cause I was fixing all my icons today in Photoshop; seeing as a lot of them needed sharpening, lightening, darkening or bluring of areas in between lines. >_<

Hopefully after finals this week I'll have time to make a lot of new icons as well. XD

i adore your coloring in all your icons! do you have a tutorial for the type of coloring you used on this particular icon? any help would be appreciated. i love your work!

thank you. :) i dont have a tutorial exactly for making these kinds of icons but the way i make them that color is i fill this color #001465 into a new layer and set it to exclusion at around 65%. that'll make it turn kinda yellow-y :)
