DC Trash

Yet again, I witnessed another person throwing trash out the window of their car.  This time it was at Mt. Pleasant Street and Park Rd.  I was sitting behind a White Chevy Celebrity (1989?) with a rear spoiler and DC tags.  The car had at least 3 people in it and the front seat passenger just starts throwing crap out the window.

We need a stronger word than Litterbug.
