Cris is here
Not sure if I've mentioned this in any of my recent updates but my mom suggested that Cris spend Thanksgiving with us. We immediately accepted the offer, of course. She arrived yesterday and we spent pretty much all of our free time cuddling. I felt bad for my mom, though. At 7:15 I got a call from a collage loan bank (again), which woke her up. Then at 8:15 Cris' mom called, which woke her up again. Then there was a power outage at like 10:00, and a second one later that night. With all of the disruptions she hardly slept, though Cris and I didn't get much sleep ourselves due to the whole fiasco. What irked me was that we got an inflatable bed for me to sleep on (I'm having her sleep in my room because it just works out better) and it lost all its air throughout the night.
Now, on the much brighter side of things, it is absolutely wonderful having Cris here. It really is kind of surreal because I'm not exactly used to having the woman I love around. A very nice change, I'd say. The turkey should be ready soon which I cannot wait for. I'm pretty hungry and it has been a while since I had a good hearty Thanksgiving dinner. Anyway, that's all for now. I know there is a lot that I need to update on and I will at some point, but for now just pictures:
