I’m trying not to get too excited…

Today when I got home there was a message on the machine. A school is interested in setting up an interview with me. There are ups and downs to it, of course. The up side is that it’s a 6th grade position (the exact age group I want to work with) and apparently the town has really good benefits. Also, it is a NH School of Excellence, which means that it is really top notch. The down side is that it is only a one-year position. However, if I do a kick-ass job it makes me appealing to higher for good in another position, or at very least gains me a year of experience and some references.

So, here’s to hoping!
