I miss teaching

So this semester is well under way, and I’m back behind the desk and a student again. I really miss being the one in the front of the room. During the fall I realized how much I really enjoy working with kids. Now that I’m back to being a student I’m finding it impossible to concentrate on my classes. I’m interested enough, but it just isn’t

It's only for a few more months. I'm glad that you're just so happy and excited to teach, rather than just feel ok with it, because a teacher who's excited to be there will be the best teacher for the kids. It's obvious you're great at what you do, cuz the kids love you. :* Soon enough, you'll be in charge of your own classroom. I'm really proud of all the work you've done/are doing, hun.

Means to an end. That's the only way to see it, and it's great to know you've found a vocation.

Yeah, would be nice if it were set now. I'm not so much concerned about waiting, but rather actually finding a job once I'm ready to apply.

Yeah Smithy you are so close! It's great that you love to teach...and luckily we graduate in May so you can be a teacher once again, wohoooosy!

I can't wait for graduation. Do you have any clue what you plan on doing after?

I don't know specifically...I know I want to do some job where I help people...I think I will start out trying to obtain a job working with the mentally handicap, I think I would like that..and if not I will go from there.
