Howdy all. I'm alive. Sorry I've been gone for so long, but life's gotten more than a little interesting. Long story short, tax season came and went, and with me being a senior tax professional in the office (oops, I jumped a few levels) I was ridiculously busy. Then came the faire, which just ended. I was auditioning to do something similar

Wow, I thought you had disappeared from the planet. Hope everything's going to be okay and that it has nothing to do with what I went through.

I didn't fall off the planet so much, but I definately fell off the radar for a while. With everything going on, I desperately needed to regroup. Unfortunately, the medical stuff is similar to what you went through. And similarly, I don't talk to my family about it all. Everything will be all right. I have surgery scheduled for August 3rd, and then I'll take it from there.
