busy, busy, busy
So yeah, working the day after a holiday weekend is a nightmare. I didn't even leave work until 5, I shortened my lunch, and I was still processing work at 4pm. For all of you who have no idea how things work in a bank, you usually start processing things around 8:30, and you're done by 3. That's not counting the 45 minutes you get for lunch. Given how swamped we were today, I'm not looking forward to the day after Christmas. I might harm someone by then. When I openned up the night drop, a wall of bags fell on me. A WALL. I'm not exaggerating. The ATM was overflowing the basket with envelopes too. :( And next week, I'm pulling double duty by being the Vault and the ATM three days that week, because Nicole and I are alternating filling in at the drive up for Ketty, who's on vacation. And it's the first weekend of the Haunted Asylum, so we have set up at night. :\
It's magically fall at my house. The other day the colorful leaves were in the tree... now they're all lying on my front lawn. *sigh* Now I have to figure in time to take care of that too.
