These questions apply to your senior year in high school.

During senior year:

1. What high school did you go to? Indian Hills High School in Oakland, NJ

2. What year did you graduate? 2000

3. What were your favorite band(s) or artist(s): I can't really remember. I loved listening to Josh play guitar and sing, so I guess I'll say him.

4. What was your favorite outfit? Josh's stolen flannel teamed up with a pair of my jeans.

5. What was up with your hair? It looked the way it does now. Long and semi-wild.

6. Who were your best friend(s)? Heather, Dave, Ashley, Becca, Laura, Nicole, Karen, Katie, Courtney, lil Ashley, Daren, Lee, Josh, Megan, Jim, Mrs. N

7. What did you do after school? Academic Decathlon or Dad's garage to hassle him

8. Where did you work? I babysat every weekend.

9. Did you take the bus? Since I was in seminary by 6 every morning, and I didn't leave school until 4 in the afternoon, no. There was never a bus available. I drove.

10. Who did you have a crush on? I was madly in love with my buddy, Josh.

12. Did you fight with your parents? Mom and I constantly butted heads.

13. Did you ever get detention? Nope. I was the girl that got the other girls out of detention.

14. Favorite Subject? English. Even back then, I knew where my interests were.

16. Who did you have a CELEBRITY crush on? I can't remember. I guess he wasn't all that cute after all.

17. Did you smoke cigarettes? Not then.

18. Did you lug all of your books around in your backpack all day? I lugged the books that I needed before I could make my first locker dash without being late for class. Ultimately, it ended up being a lot of books.

19. Best event ever? For senior year? Humanities Day. I spent the day alternating between poetry readings in our makeshift coffee house and the courtyard where the bands were playing.

20. Did you have a clique? I floated between several cliques. Some people would call the Academic Decathlon group a clique, but I wouldn't really. I ended up spending equal amounts of time with the geeky kids and the trouble-makers. Half of my friends never graduated high school because they were kicked out.

21. Where was your Senior Prom at? A hoity, toity place in Newark with a view of the city.

22. Did you have a "Max" like saved by the bell? Fairly standard high school cafeteria.

23. Admit it, were you popular? Everyone knew me. I'm not going to be arrogant and say that they all liked me, but when I spoke up, people listened.

24. Who did you want to be just like? Myself, only better and more settled.

25. What did you want to be when you grew up? Someone who would make a difference.

26. Where did you think you'd be at the age you are now? I couldn't see that far.

27. What was the color of your yearbook? Blue and gold, the school colors.

28. What were the colors of your school? I just said them! Blue and gold.

29. What was your school mascot? And Indian Brave, and yes, we got flack for it.
