i know you'll never be here again...
I stole this survey from Sara but I figured before I do this I will give a little update. Because I use myspace and blogspot I have been so mean to livejournal. I don't know why as I was always faithful to it before... poor lonely sad livejournal. Please forgive me.
September 25th at 9:15a my mama, Jeanne Leroux, passed away. She was brought into the hospital 6 days before. She had a blood clot in the vein so blood was not able to leave her brain. it caused a bleed which then caused a stroke. They had her in a drug induced coma but sadly the medication that she was taking for that caused her kidneys to shut down. After that her liver shut down. Less than 1% of the population is allergic to this sedative and sadly my mom was part of that. She went on her own and we are glad for that. The doctors said she was in no pain. I sat with her until her heart stopped. About 2 hours after she was declared brain dead but I wanted to be with her just in case because I didn't want her to be alone. She hates to be alone. I'm miserable and still not quite sure that I have accepted the fact that she is gone. I am trying to get through this the only way that I can... with sarcasm and anger. Sad but true.
John is back home with me. He graduate on the 4th of October and had a week off following. I had to get back to work but we were able to spend some time together before he started at his station. He loves what he is doing and cannot wait to get out there in the field. He's been excited to get started since before he left for the academy. I'm adjusting to having a gun in the house. Scary.

When was the last time that I didn't cry? Every day since my mom went into the hospital and then everyday after she passed
