Ode to a Nightingale

Feb 03, 2007 11:39

I`m just crushed and moved a lot...I finished it late at night and slept under the easel...

First of all... A few steps.
(a sketch and step 1st can be found in the earlier enter)

And now..it finally came! The last final step...

I think...the best one I`ve ever did! Filled with my love...

To make the atmosphere I decided to let you hear a song which follow me in the wake of painting...
This is the Katan`s Theme from Angel Sanctuary OST http://www.sendspace.com/file/omy2h3

"Call'd him soft names in many a mused rhyme,
To take into the air my quiet breath;
Now more than ever seems it rich to die,
To cease upon the midnight with no pain,
While thou art pouring forth thy soul abroad
In such an ecstasy!
Still wouldst thou sing, and I have ears in vain-
To thy high requiem become a sod. "

(fragment of the poem "Ode to a Nightingale" by John Keats)
