indifference
I have slowly become Indifferent to the shit going on in Atlanta. The people, the scene..or lack thereof..all of it. Im just biding my time, as I have written repeatedly over the past few weeks now.
The fire folks here have NO interest in being a community, working together..helping each other out. They are either too caught up in their own lives to want to be a part of a bigger picture, or are too into their own ego's and can only see people as competition, instead of a performance companion.
It has saddened me for a long time now.
Its not just the fire community..it happens with dance as well. There are so few performance jobs here that some performers are extremely vicious when it comes to other people performing and often consider it terretorial. Not just the clubs, or events as territory...but even Classes!!!
Tired of the closed minded, one scope vision people here...who dont dream, who dont want bigger things and god only knows 'why' they even do it??? For the fame? Certainly not for the fortune!!
Onto other things..other places. To meet and perform with other Dreamers who's Magick isnt tied into money, ego or drama. Who do it out of Love and Necessity...like breathing. Who get such a joy from performing and learning from other performers that it consumes all they are and Dream to become...
Thats MY Dream. Now to make it Real....
