one year to the day
march 12th is one of those dates that has stuck in my mind. march 12th, 2004 I received an email that changed the entire course of my life. the day after I shaved my head. one year later my hair has grown back out to the way it was before, but i am no doubt changed. for the worse, for the better, i'm not sure. stronger though, definitely. wiser, yes. bitter? hell yeah.
my apartment is dirty. i have a paper to write. i am considering going to my friends' place and getting wasted tonight. hanging out with the three couples. serve as the warning single example, something along those lines. get trashed and forget about everything for a little while. or perhaps i should call it a celebration?
let's toast to the lists, which we hold in our fists, of the things that we promise to do differently next time
