On the Job Hunt - and Otherwise

So, I have pretty much accomplished nothing over break, a lot of lying around, and enjoying the wireless internet my house now has (I'm lying in bed right now, it's awesome). Except that I've been on the job hunt for the past 3 days. I've gotten applications for all 3 Bath and Body Works near us, both American Eagles (SW Plaza and Aspen Grove), Kohl's, and even Build-A-Bear. And I'm not done. I need a job over Christmas like wow bad, since it's the only time I can work (gotta love drum corps sometimes). I actually ran into both Anna and Rachelle today - Anna at the mall and Rachelle at the Aspen Grove AE - she works there! It was nice, I didn't realize how much I missed seeeing them - especially Rachelle. She invited me to her birthday party, but she's not sure about the date yet, so we'll see.
Thanksgiving was pretty uneventful. I finally saw the 3rd Harry Potter (good movie, but the ending sucked, it seems like they just threw the last 2-5 minutes of it together, kinda sad), ate turkey, and went to work Oracle bingo at Broadway and Mineral. Mike came and worked with me, so now that's 1 less bingo I have to work! :-) He's awesome. I also got to hang out with a bunch of Oracle people, and I actually got invited to an Oracle/Signature party last night - I didn't go b/c I didn't really have a way to get there and I thought it would be awkward, but my friend Gabe called me from it and was like, "Where are you? I was SO looking forward to you being here! everyone is having so much fun, you should come!" I got sad. But it's okay, I went to a movie with Amy, Dunia, and Nadia, and then Marie Callenders for pie with Mike and a bunch of his friends. We have discovered that we are both huge Muppets fans, and we have watched A Muppet Christmas Carol and Muppet Treasure Island. Good times.
All right, my neck hurts, so I am going to attempt to do some of the reading I have been putting off until break. Wish me luck!
