It's going to be a cold and lonely night!
I miss Ralph, dammit! I dropped him off at the airport on Friday and had a really nice weekend with my mommy who came over to spend time with me. But now I am all alone for today! I've never slept alone in a house! And I'm weak and scared. :) Sorry. Maybe I should go take some Nyquil... at least it will force me to fall asleep and ignore the creeks and squeeks and random noises of the night that will freak me out.
Although I doubt I will actually resort to that.
I'm about to start covering strawberries in chocolate. MmMm... I'm making a chocolate covered strawberries bouquet for a co-worker. I'll take pics of the finished product of course.
I made the most DELISH dinner this weekend with my mom. The recipe is called "Mile High Lasagna Pie" and it was a veggie lasagna with zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, and carrot. You bake it in a round spring-form pan so when it's all done you release the edges of the spring form pan and when you pull it away you have this round lasagna "pie". Yum, yum, yum, yum, YUM!
I was watching Rachel Ray a few days ago and she made this fantastic recipe that I'm dying to try! It's called "Spinach and Artichoke Mac N Cheese". I haven't had a chance to cook it yet but my friend is going to make it tonight and bring it in to work tomorrow so I'll let you know how it tastes! Here is a link to the recipe:
