The end is in sight

Goodness. This semester has been nuts.

Don't try to graduate a year early. You waste more time doing extra work and freaking out about things than enjoying yourself.

Almost done with all the final projects and papers due for Fall '05. Just have to do a term paper that I haven't even started the research for and a few other small-ish papers. As for final exams, it looks like I'll only have three of those, plus a take-home. Whew. I was really dreading the one, but I just get to double my best grade in place of a final. Which is alright by me, since it's an A anyhow.

Kind of unsure about grades this semester. My public speaking class was a little iffy. The instructor is a fresh face and extremely by the book, so I'm a bit nervous about that one. Also not sure about the Spanish grade. She's weird about participation, even though her Spanish ability is questionable itself. Not happy with that one. My exams were strong, but my papers were only okay in my Comparative Grammar class so I'm not sure how that will end up panning out. But at least my history classes are a clean sweep again. Ergh. I just want it to be over.

But I may get an undergrad fellowship from Penn for next semester to do my senior thesis research. I'm just waiting to hear back from them.

Churning out yet another shoddy paper tonight. Feh.
