Fast&Furious 5 signing session in Madrid
The past weekend was asked by my friend from Filmclub if I could go to take a few pictures from Vin Diesel's signing session in Madrid during the premiere of Fast&durious 5 in the city for his movie blog. I promised if I had time after work and, lucky Relay (his nickname), I did. Arrived there at 5:15pm. The signing session was beginning at 6:45 according to Universal Pictures Spain but there was people already there since morning :S. Not many and that allowed me to take positions in higher ground lol. Vin Diesel and Elsa Pataky were going to sign only 240 posters (WTF?) so I didnt even bother to stay in queue to get one for my brother.
The time was passing and more people were coming. I was told that "Sé lo que hicisteis" (La Sexta TV) was there. And I can tell that girl was stupid to say the least. They used their "tv priviledges" to get through the crowd below just to get one of the posters and signed. After they did their work (she always posing like she was in Cibeles Fashion week or something) she got through the line without waiting and got her "trophy". There was people waiting in line since morning, a security guard told us, so that was very unrespectful to those people I think
Vin Diesel was very kind to people. Elsa Pataky...well, don't want to judge more because I wasnt at the signing table but Vin Diesel saluted and got near the fans to sign 5min more after the session was finished.
The session was programmed to last 45min (they arrived 30min late). After that time Elsa Pataky left but Vin stayed 15min more and the last 5min he went near the crowd and signed a few more "off-schedule"
