Here come the onslaught...
...Of crazy. There are still 7 more gigs to go for Hemlok in the month of September. We also will be shooting the video for Vendetta starting on Sunday. *stoked* Then we'll have 4 more gigs in october before heading for JFK international on October 17th to fly over to Europe. I'll be gone till October 29th. Germany, Belgium, France and England are all on the docket. We were entertaining the idea of Amsterdam, but not quite sure that can still happen. *sadface* I was looking forward to an afternoon in a coffeeshop, and check out the "Erotic Museum" that G and Gacktjob went to. oh yeah and let's not forget the "BeerBike" LOL.

Anyway...so 3 weeks ago I got the sudden news that Friends Music SHop would be closing as of Sept.1. I have taught 4 days a week there for over 8 years...to get a TWO week notice. WTF???
Now, granted, the owner has been having health issues, but nobody really knew that it was really affecting the business. It was so sudden. :-/ So now all the crazy stress of the job environment change is (mostly) behind me, while simultaneously dealing with all the band stuff.
Not to mention the financial strains my hubby and I are enduring thanks to all of these goings-on. It puts stress on our marriage. Money SUCKS. Thank G-sama that I love what I do, because it brings me some peace at the end of the day!
So, as I may have already mentioned, the FINALE of MiM is underway. In the spirit of teasing, let me present to you the raw OPENING paragraph of the yet untitled chapter 14:
"Steam hung heavy in the air, clinging to the glass and accumulating in thick droplets that streaked down toward the floor. It burned hot in their lungs with every sharp inhalation. Fingers smoothed easily over slick skin as the water pattered rhythmically against the ceramic tiles. Misaki’s drenched mane clung to her soft curves as Hei held her in a passionate embrace. His tongue dragged slowly and deliberately along her collarbone to the base of her neck. The taste was an enrapturing blend of slightly salty water and her sweet essence that he was so enthralled with."
Hehehe... *grins evilly* Way to just SLAP fans across the face with one last romp... just start the chapter off on the right foot, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
On that note I shall return to writing, as they are currently packing and getting ready to leave the Ryokan... :'-( I need to get to my ending scene already! I've had it in my head for months!!! It wants OUT!
