what dreams are made of
One of my favorite summer fruits has to be the mango. I always have to stand over the kitchen sink while eating one, the juice running down my arms in sticky trails. And eating mango's forces me to floss.
*I like banana's (yeah) i know the MANGO's are sweet! I like papaya's (papaya's) but nothing can beat that swwweeet love of GOD!* Does anyone else know this song?
Over the past little while I have been having the worst fortune with my car. This week has been no different. My car was empounded while i was staying at my friends house in vancouver. Apparently between the hours of 7-9 there was no parking allowed on Davies street. Well I didn't see the sign that said this, and when I went to get my car the next afternoon it was gone. Anyways I got my car back and yesterday morning I found out someone stole my lisense plate! What should i expect next?
Good things to happen this week:
Hung out with four life plus one. We went to see the Organ which was sooo good. The next morning we had an awesome breakfast at Hamberger Mary's, where we sat on the patio and watched the beautiful rain and we saw lightening and thunder. I was so happy (and excited)!
Played three shows, one of which was Marion's birthday party. The party was so much fun! I haven't had such fun at a party in a long time. They had prepared all these nice drinks: spiked punches, jello shooters, spiked watermelon. I even had cognac. And did i mention we (the band) were given as much FREE alcohol as we wanted. Happy birthday to ME! The highlight of the night for me was DANCING! I haven't danced that hard since Jenna's going away party. mmmm...so much fun. A boy offered to record us for FREE, and a girl offered to do photography for us for FREE.
I won a watch from work. All the people in my department were put into the draw. I drew my own name.
One more good thing. You say party! We say die! will be playing the BC Summer Games this saturday. Be There.
