Update on my foot...
Went to the Med Shed this afternoon, and I didn't do any serious injury to my foot, thank God! My fascia (sp?) is inflammed, so that makes it feel like I pulled something. For anyone who is giving the screen a blank look right now and going "WTF is a fascia?"...It's the middle of the bottom of your foot, which includes the arch. So, I'm being put on some heavy-duty anti-inflammatory meds since we have our dance concert next weekend. I'm supposed to go about as normal, and ice my foot after rehearsals. So yeah, that's the news.
