http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/education/4424628.stm I was shocked to read about the death of Ted Wragg. I don't usually read newspapers (it's an expense) but when me and the girls "do lunch" we read the newspapers provided by the cafe. It was a shock to read that he'd died as I only saw him on TV the other week on The Unteachables. That was a shock in itself to see someone whose books I used to read when teacher training, was still actively working in education and living in this very county. And now he's gone, at a fairly young age too. It was a little chilling because I had no one to share it with - I don't suppose his name means much to non-teachers.
