So you see, it's just fat. Nothing to worry about!
Mother and daughter are visably relieved
DAUGHTER
(pets her very excited dog)
Oh you're alright! You're just a fatty. A LITTLE FATTY!
SLIGHTLY PUGGY ORDERLY LOOKS UP FROM THE VENDING MACHINE, UPSET

(frantically add-libbing as color rises to her cheeks)
